The RB-1650 conveyor blast machine from ABRAZIV Kft. has been developed for the economical surface treatment of steel sheets, profiles, tubes, and welded structures, and is ideally suited for descaling, derusting, cleaning, and roughening steel surfaces.

The RB-1650 is equipped with four high-performance ABR-400 blasting turbines. Two turbines are arranged above and two below the conveyor, ensuring optimal coverage of the cross-section and uniform blasting results.

The inner surfaces of the blasting chamber are lined with highly wear-resistant manganese steel. Other areas are protected by wear-resistant rubber, which also reduces noise levels.

A closed blasting media circuit with screw conveyor, bucket elevator, blasting media cleaning, and dosing system ensures reliable and economical operation.
