Description
Good morning,
We are offering for sale an exceptionally solid and durable ASTRON LINDAB steel warehouse hall structure with a total area of approximately 2,800 m² and a height of over 8.5 meters.
This structure was originally erected in Warsaw for the renowned company PURMO RETTIG HEATING, a global leader in the heating industry. A few years ago, the entire property on which the hall was located was sold and redeveloped into a new residential complex. As a result, the warehouse hall was fully dismantled under the supervision of ASTRON LINDAB representatives.
All structural elements were then transported and reassembled on another of our properties, strictly in accordance with ASTRON LINDAB guidelines. The dismantling and reassembly were carried out by a professional, specialized company. Every structural element has been catalogued, labelled, and numbered.

Important Information:
We are selling only the steel structure, including all steel tension elements and structural bracing, steel structures of the side walls and roof. Roof and wall cladding panels are not included and must be purchased new and installed after erecting the structure.
Additionally, we have all original bolts, nuts, and dismantled components, carefully sorted and stored in two large maritime containers.
We also possess the original hall design documentation and can provide access to a structural engineer if a new adaptation or a building permit design is required for this structure.
