Staggered grinding units with large dimensions Belt drive drums for slip-free belt running. Two-point suction for direct and flying dust with sealing brushes and integrated sanding belt blow-off Device to increase the service life of the sanding belts. Grinding units in heavy steel plate construction as the basis for vibration-damped, quiet tape running. Absolutely backlash-free guides as ball linear sets hardened and ground shafts. Height adjustment of the grinding units via hardened and ground special linear guides as well as pre-tensioned ones Guide carriage. Permanent precision thanks to dust and dirt protection Ball linear sets and guide carriages. Large-sized pre-grinding rollers as contact rollers. Contact rollers and Sanding shoes in a balanced ratio to the sanding belt grain load. The large drive drums guarantee full transmission the 5.5 kW drive power of the grinding motors on the sanding belt. Therefore Slip-free, stable running and optimal heat dissipation. This makes it the strongest Chip removal possible. Automatic machine stop activation in the event of a belt break. Visual display on the control panel and via flashing lights on the machine. Sanding shoes for finish completely maintenance-free and wear-free made of oxide ceramic with optimal heat dissipation. Grinding belt tension via appropriately sized compression springs. Sanding belt relaxation for belt changing using a pneumatic device sensitive, distortion-free placement of new tapes. Upper grinding unit and brush device centrally motorized Height adjustable with digital display in the control panel for the motorized Grinding thickness adjustment. Brushing and finishing device, for better surface finish, integrated into the basic machine. Two special brush rollers 150 mm Æ arranged one above the Bsdpfxet Tqy Es Ahmowu other in synchronous function for advance thrust. Separate height adjustment of the brush rollers on precise Carriage guides for post-correction of wear. Additional transport roller for Removal or further transport of the workpiece from the automatic grinding machine with the conveyor belt. Wooden guide in the inlet area for hard guide and bearings mounted on both sides pressure rollers. Safe transport of profiled workpieces on ca...
