Description

Meat processing line to produce a coarse sausage mix / burger mix / pet food line
Taking a tempered frozen meat block into a Guillotine
Giraffe feed up into a mincer,
Mincer to coarse mince flaked meat
Incline conveyor taking minced meat through a 10 mm to 16 mm hole plate
Minced meat transferred by the conveyor into the Mixer Grinder
Add seasoning / water etc to complete the recipe
Mix in the mixer grinder for 3 to 5 minutes
Mince out through a 5 mm to 8 mm hole plate into a tote bin.
