Year of construction: 2000, condition: used, machine/vehicle number: AT100, Used Pieralisi malazers with control panel and P60 pumpsTechnical Specifications & Performance DataThese Pieralisi olive oil malaxers are second hand processing units designed for the malaxation stage in industrial olive oil extraction lines. As a key step between crushing and centrifugal separation, the malaxers homogenize and condition the olive paste to optimize oil yield and quality. The units are currently installed and have been maintained with regular annual service and cleaning. Suitable for integration into a used bottling line or broader industrial packaging and processing environment, they provide reliable throughput for producers seeking dependable performance in food and beverage production facilities.Manufacturer: PieralisiYear of manufacture: 2000Process role: Malaxation/kneading of olive paste prior to decanter centrifugeIndicative capacity: approximately 20 quintals/hour (≈ 2,000 kg/h), dependent on crusher and centrifuge sizingConfiguration: Installed units, paired with upstream crusher and downstream centrifugeApplication: Olive oil extraction lines with subsequent clarification, storage, and packagingAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsThe malaxers are engineered for continuous-duty operation with straightforward operator control for start/stop and process timing. The system design supports stable, repeatable processing, allowing consistent paste conditioning to enhance separation efficiency at the decanter centrifuge stage. The controls architecture is geared toward dependable operation and easy operator interaction, aligning with common plant standards for industrial packaging and food processing lines.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesIntegration is optimized for complete olive oil production lines that include a crusher (frangitore) upstream and a decanter centrifuge downstream. The malaxers work inline with pumps, balance tanks, and ancillary equipment, allowing smooth transfer of paste and minimal downtime. The indicative throughput of about 2,000 kg/h is influenced by the capacities of both the crusher and centrifuge, ensuring balanced line performance. These units fit seamlessly into existing production layouts and can serve operations that later connect to storage, filtration, and bottling machinery.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryThe malaxers are installed and have been subject to regular annual maintenance and cleaning. Their upkeep supports reliable operation and reduces the need for immediate refurbishment. As second hand equipment, they are suitable for facilities seeking robust used machinery that can be prepared for rapid recommissioning.Operational Performance & VersatilityDesigned for consistent paste conditioning, these malaxers help achieve stable oil recovery at the separation stage. The configuration supports a range of olive varieties and processing conditions, delivering uniform mixing and dwell time to promote effective coalescence of oil droplets. The throughput depends on line balancing with the crusher and centrifuge, ensuring the malaxers can operate efficiently within various plant capacities.Installation Requirements & Site Preparation Tedpfx Aie Adt Ecj Tsd

Condition: excellent (used), MECALSA Continuous Industrial Fryer with Thermal Oil – Stainless Steel MECALSA continuous industrial fryer with a thermal oil heating system, designed for the continuous frying of food products in medium and high-capacity production lines. The equipment features a longitudinal process tank and a transport system that allows the product to remain in the oil for a controlled residence time. Indirect heating via a thermal oil circuit provides the necessary energy to the process while keeping the thermal fluid separate from the frying oil. Its construction, primarily in stainless steel, along with vapor extraction and process control systems, makes it particularly suitable for professional installations in the food industry. MAIN FEATURES -Manufacturer: MECALSA -Type: Continuous industrial fryer -Heating system: thermal oil -Continuous frying process -Longitudinal frying tank -Automatic product transport -Adjustable residence time depending on configuration -Circulation and control of frying oil -Independent thermal oil circuit -Indirect heat exchange -Temperature control -Piping and valve system -Vapor extraction system -Extraction hoods and ducts -Control electrical panel -Construction primarily in stainless steel Todpfxozxwxxo Ai Ted -Industrial structure for continuous operation -Access points for inspection, cleaning, and maintenance -Integrable into automatic processing lines PROCESS The product is continuously fed into the MECALSA fryer and guided through the frying zone by the internal transport system. During this process, the product remains in contact with the frying oil at a controlled temperature for the time needed to achieve the required final characteristics of cooking, color, and texture. Heat is supplied through a thermal oil circuit, which transfers energy to the system without directly mixing with the oil used for frying the product. The vapors generated during frying are collected by the hoods and channeled to the extraction system. APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for manufacturers of pre-fried products, processed vegetables, potatoes, snacks, breaded products, and other food preparations that require a continuous frying process. Depending on the installed configuration, it can be used for: Potatoes and related products Vegetables Breaded or battered products Prepared meat products Fish and fish products Snacks Pre-cooked products Other specialties compatible with continuous frying It can be integrated with feeding systems, scalding units, dryers, conveyors, excess oil removal systems, coolers, IQF freezers, and packaging equipment. The combination of MECALSA technology, continuous process, and thermal oil heating provides an industrial solution for lines requiring uniform and controlled frying. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, production capacity, operating temperatures, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.
