Condition: like new (used), functionality: fully functional, SURDRY 6-Cage Oscillating Autoclave – Industrial Sterilization SURDRY oscillating autoclave with a capacity for 6 cages, designed for the sterilization and thermal treatment of packaged food products in industrial batch processes. The equipment incorporates an oscillating load movement system during the thermal cycle, allowing the packages to be kept in controlled motion during specific phases of the process. This technology is particularly beneficial for products where agitation can promote heat transfer and reduce process times, depending on the product, format, and recipe. Its 6-cage configuration provides a high processing capacity for continuous production industrial facilities. MAIN FEATURES -Manufacturer: SURDRY -Type: Industrial oscillating autoclave -Capacity: 6 cages -Application: sterilization / pasteurization -Oscillating load movement system -Batch thermal treatment -Horizontal chamber -Industrial construction in stainless steel -Large-diameter front door -Safety locking system -Motorized drive of the oscillation system -Control of cycle parameters -Integrated piping and valve system -Designed for industrial production -Integrable into automatic sterilization lines PROCESS The SURDRY 6-cage oscillating autoclave is designed to perform controlled thermal treatments on previously packaged products. The loaded cages are placed into the chamber, and once closed, the programmed cycle is carried out through different phases of heating, thermal maintenance, and cooling. During the treatment, the system allows for the application of a controlled oscillating movement to the load. Depending on the product, this agitation can improve internal circulation and promote faster and more uniform heat transfer. It can be integrated with: -Automatic loading and unloading systems -Cage conveyors -Basket loaders and unloaders -Cage transfer systems -Process water preparation equipment -Automatic sterilization lines APPLICATIONS Itjdpfx Agsx Tilie Aen Especially suitable for canning industries, manufacturers of ready meals, sauces, vegetable products, meat products, pet food, and other food industries that require industrial pasteurization or sterilization processes. Depending on the configuration and process, it can work with cans, jars, trays, pouches, and other packaging suitable for thermal treatment in an autoclave. The combination of SURDRY technology, oscillation system, and 6-cage capacity provides a particularly interesting solution for high-capacity industrial sterilization facilities. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.
