Description
CORMAK cleaning lasers effectively remove rust, paint coatings, operational deposits, oxides, oil residues, resins, and other difficult contaminants. Thanks to adjustable pulse energy, frequency, and pulse duration, the cleaning process can be precisely adapted both for selective cleaning of molds, dies, tools, and precision components, as well as for efficient preparation of larger surfaces for further processes such as welding, painting, or bonding. The non-contact nature of the process minimizes the risk of mechanical damage, microcracks, or deformation of the substrate.
The use of JPT MOPA laser sources provides a wide range of frequency and pulse width adjustments, allowing optimal adaptation of energy density to the type of contamination and the base material. The long fiber optic cable increases operating freedom at greater distances from the main unit, which is especially appreciated by users working with large structures, production lines, or components installed directly on site (steel structures, molds, facades, machine components).
All models operate at a 1064 nm wavelength, ensuring high efficiency on typical industrial materials such as structural steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, and many other technical substrates.
The CORMAK CL series devices are air-cooled and do not require process gases or abrasive materials, which simplifies installation, reduces operating costs, and makes the cleaning process more environmentally friendly. High scanning speeds and adjustable beam parameters significantly reduce processing time compared with traditional methods such as sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical cleaning, while ensuring a repeatable result and a high-quality surface finish after cleaning.
The CORMAK CL300 series is a complete solution for manufacturing companies, tool rooms, maintenance departments, industrial cleaning service providers, and specialists involved in the renovation of structures, molds, and components requiring high surface quality. Thanks to a wide range of parameter adjustments, stable JPT laser sources, and a mobile design, these lasers can be used both as stationary cleaning stations and as service tools operated directly at the customer’s site.
