Description
CORMAK CL300 Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine 300W
The CORMAK CL series pulsed laser cleaners are industrial devices designed for fast, precise, and non-contact removal of contaminants from metal, non-metal, and wooden surfaces. Depending on the application requirements, three power variants are available – CL200, CL300, and CL500 – all based on JPT MOPA pulsed fiber laser sources. This ensures high process stability, a wide range of parameter adjustment, and the ability to work both with delicate components and more demanding surfaces.

Efficient and Precise Surface Cleaning
CORMAK laser cleaning systems effectively remove:
rust,
paint coatings,
varnishes,
operational deposits,
oxides,
oil residues,
resins,
and other difficult contaminants.
Thanks to adjustable pulse energy, frequency, and pulse duration, the cleaning process can be optimized for both:
precise and selective cleaning of molds, dies, tools, and precision components,
and efficient preparation of larger surfaces for further processes such as welding, painting, or bonding.
The non-contact nature of laser cleaning minimizes the risk of mechanical damage, microcracks, or deformation of the base material.
Advanced JPT MOPA Technology
The use of JPT MOPA laser sources provides a wide adjustment range for pulse frequency and pulse width, allowing optimal energy density settings depending on the type of contamination and the base material.
The long fiber cable increases working flexibility at greater distances from the main unit, which is especially useful when working on:
large structures,
production lines,
installed machine components,
steel constructions,
molds,
facades,
and industrial equipment.
All CL series models operate at a wavelength of 1064 nm, ensuring high effectiveness on common industrial materials such as:
structural steel,
stainless steel,
aluminum alloys,
and many other technical substrates.
Cost-Effective and Environmentally Friendly Operation
The CL series devices are air-cooled and do not require process gases or abrasive materials, which:
simplifies installation,
reduces operating costs,
minimizes maintenance requirements,
Giedpfx Aloy Sgn Ssxst
and makes the cleaning process more environmentally friendly.
High scanning speeds combined with adjustable beam parameters significantly reduce processing time compared to traditional methods such as:
sandblasting,
shot blasting,
or chemical cleaning,
while ensuring repeatable results and a high-quality surface finish after cleaning.
