The R1500 petrol wood chipper is a powerful and robust branch shredder designed for professional users involved in wood processing and disposal. Design and technology

The R1500 wood chipper is equipped with a belt drive system and centrifugal clutch, ensuring smooth and safe power transmission to the cutting drum. The knives are manufactured from Hardox 500 steel, which provides exceptional resistance to abrasion and significantly extends service life while reducing the need for frequent replacement of cutting components.

The feed hopper is positioned at an optimal angle to facilitate material loading, while the 360° rotating discharge chute allows precise direction of the chip stream. The self-feeding drum design improves efficiency and minimizes the need for manual material pushing.

Precision and working efficiency

The 15 HP engine, high drum speed of 2000 rpm, and two cutting knives ensure uniform and efficient branch processing. The chipper can handle:

fresh softwood up to 120 mm in diameter,
fresh hardwood up to 100 mm in diameter,
dry hardwood up to 80 mm in diameter.

This allows effective processing of various types of wood while maintaining high-quality chips.
