Description
For suction diameters from 120 to 700 mm.
Please let us know your volume flow and we will select the right cyclone for you.
Different versions available:
- Legs, made of painted square steel profiles
- Rotary valve and transition piece with inspection flap
- Inlet box with non-return valve
- Tangential outlet with/without pressure relief surface
- Square diffuser with/without pressure relief surface
- Sound insulation
Of course you can also obtain all accessories from us such as fans, exhaust pipes, deflector hoods etc.
Functionality:
The polluted air is tangentially fed into the cylindrical upper part
is introduced, causing the air to rotate. The material is placed under the
Influence of the centrifugal force in the direction of the cyclone circumference
pressed out and led out through the hole in the bottom. The
cleaned air leaves the cyclone through the centrally located
Outlet pipe on top.
The deposition efficiency increases with the feed rate, but
also the pressure loss and thus the energy consumption. It is therefore
it's important to find a good compromise.
We have developed a range of cyclones optimised for filtering large quantities of material. They are therefore very
well suited for the wood/paper/recycling/grain and feed industry
At the bottom, the cyclone can be designed with the correct size based on the air volume and a typical pressure drop in the range of 1000 Pa
Bodpfxsftb Ebe Abmjlp
can be selected.
Operating pressure +/- 5
