Workpieces from .032 to 1“ diameter, high speed steel or thungsten-carbide can be cut easily. Just insert the workpiece into the quick acting chuck, adjust to desired length and cut it at once. Optional there is an auxiliary chuck for very thin, short or stepped pins. Now finish workpiece to specified size by advancing the fixture using the micrometer screw. To dress the grinding wheel move grinding spindle forward. It will now be dressed automatically by the integrated dressing- diamond. This will leave the micrometer screw at 0-position at all times.
