FiberFlow R500 Cooling Die for Sale
The FiberFlow R500 Cooling Die is a specially developed solution for structuring alternative proteins in High Moisture Extrusion (HME). The cooling die is designed to produce fibrous protein structures through controlled cooling and optimized flow guidance, making it particularly suitable for applications such as plant-based meat and seafood alternatives, as well as structured convenience products.
The FiberFlow R500 is designed for throughput rates of up to 500 kg/h at operating pressures of up to 70 bar. Its annular (ring-shaped) geometry ensures optimal flow distribution, resulting in uniform fiber formation and consistently high product quality. The system features a modular design and is sold as a complete unit consisting of four segments.
