The tablet press is suitable for producing shaped tablets (guided tooling). This makes the die table easily accessible for cleaning and tool changes. The main drive, gearbox, and a central lubrication system are located in the machine cabinet. At the rear of the machine is a connection for an external exhaust and filter system, which keeps the pressing chamber largely dust-free. Product feed The product is fed in via a stainless steel hopper and directed into the Fill-O-Matic mixing impeller shoe. From there, the dies are filled. The mixing impeller shoe can be easily removed for cleaning. The finished tablets are discharged via a discharge chute and collected. Rejected tablets are automatically separated via a sorting diverter.
