Condition: good (used), Year of construction: 2006, functionality: fully functional, working width: 330 mm, MPS Model: EF 330/8 Year of manufacture: 2006 Printing technology: UV Flexographic Printing Number of printing units: 8 colors Web width: 330 mm class Application: Labels / self-adhesive materials / film applications Condition: Very good operational condition Production status: Currently in daily production _____ PRINTING CONFIGURATION 8 x Flexographic Printing Units The machine is equipped with eight flexographic printing stations and offers a highly flexible production platform for professional label production. Suitable applications include: • Process color printing • Spot colors • Varnishes • Special coatings • Paper labels • Film labels • Self-adhesive materials • Front-side printing • Reverse-side printing • Multi-process label applications _____ GEW UV DRYING SYSTEM The machine is equipped with a professional GEW UV curing system. The installed GEW UV technology provides reliable curing performance for UV flexographic inks and varnishes and is well-established in industrial label production. The dedicated GEW UV power supply units are installed together with the press and form part of the existing production setup. _____ EXTENSIVE INLINE CONFIGURATION This MPS EF 330/8 is not simply a basic 8-color flexographic press. Its extensive web path and additional inline modules provide a high level of flexibility for demanding label applications. The current configuration includes: • 8 flexographic printing stations • GEW UV curing system • Unwinding and rewinding system • Web cleaning system • Corona treatment system • Web guiding system • Turn bar / reverse-side printing capability • Inline lamination station • Rotary converting / die-cutting section • Longitudinal slitting equipment • Web / print inspection system • Electronic machine control • Extensive exhaust and extraction system • Safety systems and emergency stops This configuration makes the press suitable for both standard self-adhesive label production and more complex multi-process applications. _____ TURN BAR / REVERSE-SIDE PRINTING A major advantage of this machine is the integrated turn bar and web turning configuration. This allows the material web to be turned during production and enables printing or processing on the reverse side of the substrate. This functionality is particularly useful for: • Backside printing • Multi-layer labels • Peel & reveal constructions • Promotional labels • Technical labels • Special label applications _____ INLINE LAMINATION _____ WEB & PRINT INSPECTION Gedpfx Aozzym Rsfujkc _____ OPERATIONAL STATUS The machine is: ✓ Fully functional ✓ Currently in daily production ✓ Complete and professionally installed ✓ Available for inspection under production conditions ✓ Supplied with extensive tooling ✓ Suitable for professional label production A production test can be organized by prior appointment. _____ CONDITION Technical Condition ★★★★★☆☆ – 8 / 10 Overall Maintained Condition ★★★★★☆☆ – 8 / 10
