Compact, semi-/partially automatic batch powder coating system for steel components (1,500 x 500 x 500 [mm]). Complete system including 2-chamber spray tunnel (degreasing/phosphating/rinsing), flash-off oven, mobile powder spray booth, curing oven (max. 220°C), cardan chain conveyor, and PLC control. Semi-automatic powder coating system in batch mode for the efficient coating of steel parts. The system combines a compact footprint with high throughput and is ideal for small to medium-sized series components. The pre-treatment process is automated in batch mode, and the coating is applied manually.

Two thermally insulated chambers (100 - 150 mm rock wool) with indirect electric heating (thermoblock with 16 or 30 kW), stainless steel combustion chambers, and powerful air circulation.
Dryer up to 120°C, oven up to max. 220/250°C (automatic lift-up doors optional)
Mobile powder spray booth:
