Working width as well as start and end positions of the pressure beam are electronically adjustable. The pressure elements are driven by lifting electromagnets capable of continuously varying the force of each sanding pad as the workpiece passes through the machine. This innovative CSD® technology guarantees constantly proportionate pressure relative to pad overlap on the workpiece. The risk of sanding through on the edges is virtually eliminated by this dynamic, continuous pressure force control.
