A complete Hymmen laminating line for the woodworking industry is available. Main components: Transport modules (stacking roller conveyors, lifting units, gantries and platforms), surface cleaning machines, roller glue application machines, various calenders, cutting stations, press roller, film unwinding station, sawing machine, X-ray sensor system and a stack turner for double-sided coating. Nominal width: 2200mm, product width: 2200mm, line working height range: 1170mm-1270mm, line speed: 10m-30m/min, max. product speed: 25m/min, passage height: 80mm, min. panel length: 1300mm, min. panel width: 1200mm, product material: sandwich material, tolerance: +/-3mm, total line space requirement: 2 halls (590m²/347m²). Documentation available. On-site inspection is possible. This is a complete production line with peripheral equipment, pre- and post-processing stations and conveyor belts in between.
