Description:

Fully automatic flow wrapping machine for packaging products – regardless of their length – with full enclosure and without film overlap. The maximum output is approximately 40 cycles/minute. The product is fed via a conveyor belt and simultaneously inserted into a half-tube film using a forming shoulder. Product detection is performed by a horizontally scanning light barrier. The feed belt can be easily adjusted to different product widths. After the product is wrapped in film, it is cross-sealed using a continuously heated sealing system. The longitudinal seal is created by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be adjusted manually. The remaining film strip is collected on a film winder.

Suitable for all common half-tube films from approximately 12 - 80 µm, e.g. polyethylene or polyolefin films such as Clysar®, Cryovac® or others.
