Kaltenbach hole-sawing system for use in medium- to heavy-duty steel construction.
With this Kaltenbach system, steel sections can be drilled, center-punched, and cut to length in a single operation. Rolled sections such as double-T steel, T-steel, U-steel, angle steel, hollow sections, and flat steel are processed here.
The system’s drilling unit features an automatic tool changer on three drilling spindles, each capable of holding five tool sizes. The tools are positioned with high precision using ball screws and servo motors.

The entire system is equipped with a length measuring device and a comprehensive transport system.
