Used automatic KELLER Tampo master pad printing machine, designed for decorating pens and cylindrical parts. The machine enables 3-colour printing. The machine operates in fully automatic mode: the operator loads the parts into the feeder, and after completion of the process, the finished parts are automatically unloaded into a carton.

The equipment includes a servo-driven chain conveyor, automatic part loading and unloading modules, a positioning station, an ionizer, three independent pad printing modules with an automatic pad cleaning system, hot-air drying between the individual printing stations, an IR drying tunnel after completion of the printing process, and a vision inspection system for print quality with automatic rejection of defective parts. Adjustable conveyor prisms and pneumatic rotary modules allow the machine settings to be adapted to different part dimensions. The machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and a 10″ HMI touchscreen, allowing recipes and process parameters to be managed. The machine is also equipped with a remote communication module.

The production process starts with the automatic transfer of the part from the feeder onto the conveyor. The ionizer neutralizes electrostatic charges on the surface of the part before printing. The part is then positioned and transferred successively to three pad printing stations. Each station applies one colour, with hot-air drying between the individual printing stages. After completion of the three-colour printing process, the part passes through the IR drying tunnel and is then subjected to automatic vision inspection. Finished parts are automatically unloaded into a carton, while parts with detected defects are diverted to a separate container.

Part dimensions: length 60–150 mm, diameter 8–14 mm.

Machine output: up to 2400 pcs/h.

Electrical power supply: 3 × 400 V, 32 A.

Required compressed air pressure: 6–8 bar.

Before sale, the machine will undergo servicing, and we provide a 3-month warranty. The machine can be inspected and demonstrated in operation at our premises in Poland (European Union). The standard demonstration includes a presentation of the machine's operation. Upon request, we can perform paid technological tests using the customer's parts.

The machine is sold in the condition and configuration shown in the photographs. Upon request, modifications or additional equipment can be provided according to the customer's individual requirements.

Standard delivery terms: EXW. We can additionally arrange transport to a location anywhere in the world.

Additional equipment: possibility of manufacturing dedicated tooling for a specific part and carrying out technological tests, including selection of printing parameters and consumables.
