Description
Overview
This returnable glass bottling line consists of equipment from KRONES, KETTNER, GM GERA, RINK, SYSCONA, MATEC, FALTERBAUM, Bohrer and further supporting manufacturers. The line is designed for the processing of returnable glass bottles in crates, mainly in 0.33 L and 0.75 L formats. It includes the key process steps from crate depalletizing, crate sorting, bottle decapping, unpacking, bottle washing, empty bottle inspection, filling and screw capping to labelling, full bottle inspection, crate packing, crate inspection and palletizing. The existing crate depalletizer and palletizer are available on site; however, due to their age and outdated technology, it is recommended not to include this unit in the line acquisition. Instead, suitable modern depalletizing equipment can be offered and integrated into the line concept according to the buyer’s requirements. The line has a nominal filling capacity of approx. 18,000 bottles per hour and the premix system rated at 22,000 L/h. The line is scheduled for dismantling in February 2027.
