A Linck chipper canter line for continuous chipping, turning, profiling and sawing of round timber as well as for the production of main products and side boards is offered. 1) LINCK V30 chipper canter, feed speed: 50m/min/70m/min, drive power: 2 × 132kW, min. log diameter: 80mm, max. log diameter: 360mm, cutter heads: 18 chipping knives and 18 finishing knives, max. output: 1000fm/24h, 2) Linck DVN 55 turning device, function: turning and positioning of the preprocessed round timber between the chipper canter stages, 3) Linck V25 chipper canter, max. feed speed: 70m/min, drive power: 2 × 132kW, cutter heads: 18 chipping knives and 18 finishing knives, 4) Linck VPP 34 profiling unit, three-phase motors: 4, power: 32kW/50kW, speed: 1000rpm/1500rpm, feed: 4 geared motors, feed motor power: 1.3kW/2kW, max. feed motor speed: 66rpm, function: profiling of the side boards before the sawing process, 5) Linck VS 66 saw unit, three-phase motors: 4, power: 66kW/motor, speed: 3000rpm, fixed saw spacing: 24mm for 4 side boards. The chipper canter line will be available from January 2027. An on-site inspection is possible.
