Description

Maximum flexibility for efficient firewood processing – the LUMAG SSA-500-20PRO/EZ combines sawing, splitting, and conveying in an efficient workflow, and offers two different drive options with an electric motor and a PTO drive.

The hydraulic log splitter processes logs with a diameter of up to 50 cm and achieves a splitting force of 20 t. Depending on the location, the machine can be operated via the 9.5 kW 400 V electric motor or via the PTO of a suitable tractor.

The wide, hydraulic feed chain with reinforced pushers transports the logs in a controlled manner to the hydraulically driven chainsaw. The hydraulic chainsaw and log holder operation, as well as the hydraulic splitting wedge adjustment, enable a comfortable and smooth workflow.

With a maximum splitting length of 61 cm and a 50 cm long OREGON blade, the SSA-500-20PRO/EZ is also suitable for large logs. Mechanical flaps reduce the risk of the sawn material jamming in the splitting area.

The height-adjustable and pivoting discharge conveyor transports the finished firewood directly out of the work area. Reinforced pushers ensure reliable material transport. LED interior lighting and a cleaning opening further facilitate operation and maintenance.
