Thanks to the advantageous conical bottom design to facilitate abrasive movement and the possibility of using various valve types, the machine is suitable for processing all types of abrasives with spherical, rounded, and/or angular shapes and any grain size. The SBM series blasting systems can achieve a surface finish up to class SA-3/SP5 and a capacity of up to 106 m2/h. The sandblasters of the SBM series are equipped with large claw couplings, ensuring quick and secure connections while allowing high compressed air throughput. The abrasive loading is performed by a pneumatically operated rubber membrane—without the need for inefficient screw connections—which makes the SBM series blasting systems safer and easier to use. The blasting unit is also equipped with a large inspection valve that enables quick tank discharge and allows for internal inspection. The SBM series blasting units allow for simultaneous operation with one or two working nozzles (depending on the model). The control of the blasting unit (in pneumatic or electric version) is intuitive and precise and therefore efficient, as the control handle is located at the end of the working line. The undeniable advantage of this solution is that the operator performing the cleaning can interrupt the operation of the machine directly, as required by the latest health and safety regulations (solution available as an optional extra).
