Year of construction: 2022, operating hours: 1,861 h, condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, For sale is a Rösler wheel processing system, type FBA 24/2 Turbo. This system was specifically developed for the needs of professional wheel processing and, thanks to two laterally arranged unbalance motors, enables flawless results with short processing times. The stepless speed control and adjustable motor position allow the system to be flexibly adapted to almost any processing task. The compact wheel processing system is ideal for pre-grinding, fine-grinding, and polishing of standard and custom wheels up to 24 inches. Thanks to easy operation and quick abrasive change, wheels can be polished to a mirror finish in just a few hours – for a high-quality mirror finish in an elegant metallic look, both for used and new wheels. The pneumatic loading and unloading system makes loading and unloading the wheels very easy and quick. In addition to wheels, other components can also be processed here. The working container is equipped with a flexible clamping device for different wheel types and is lined with a high-quality wear-resistant lining made of polyurethane elastomer (Rösler HD 90). The specially ribbed, stress-relieved, annealed welded construction ensures a long service life and smooth, robust operation even in continuous operation. Application areas: High-gloss polishing of wheels of all types (automotive and motorcycle) up to 24 inches Aluminum, cast, and forged wheels Polishing of other engine components Refurbishing of components, e.g., from the classic car sector or the aerospace, defense, etc. industries Technical specifications: Manufacturer: Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH Type: FBA 24/2 Turbo wheel processing system Working container: Inner diameter 700 mm, container depth 550 mm Wear-resistant lining: high-quality polyurethane elastomer, Rösler HD 90 Design: durable, specially ribbed welded construction, stress-relieved, annealed Motors: 2 special unbalance motors designed for continuous operation Speed: 3,000 rpm, steplessly adjustable via frequency converter Automatic reversing of direction of rotation Various programs can be stored in the Siemens PLC control system, thus achieving reproducible results. Condition: new, Year of construction: 2025, functionality: fully functional, pressure: 6 bar, compressed air connection: 6 bar, operating pressure: 6 bar, warranty duration: 12 months, total width: 2,400 mm, total height: 4,500 mm, total length: 3,800 mm, overall weight: 3,800 kg, inner dimension height: 600 mm, turntable diameter: 350 mm, Shotblasting machines with rotating satellites type PTR and SSR are designed to treat sensitive parts in singularly mode with any kind of shots. The nozzles are managed by a robot. The machine is equipped with a main indexed table that works as a pallet exchanger enabeling the entrance/exit of the parts into/out to the blasting chamber. The main table is equipped with 2 or 4 satellites; in accordance with production rate. One station is dedicated for loading/unloading, while another one (opposite to the loading area) is dedicated to the blasting/peening process. The nozzles are driven by a robot. The number of nozzles is defined according to the loading volume, the production rate and the geometry of the pieces. This machine is usefully for manual loading/unloading operation but it can be also equipped with an automatic handling device according to the process line request (2-axis gantry, robot…). Ventury system or Pressure type technology can be installed on such equipment. Installation of Magnetic Valves for shot flow check is also recomended. The machine can be equipped with up to three robots for peening. Tjdswdgpgjpfx Ahmoc
