Description

The Wash Rack Modular can be adapted to various configurations as desired by the customer. This includes the arrangement of the platforms, the maximum load capacity, the arrangement of the walls and tanks, and the position of the filter system.

Features:
SIDE WALLS: adjustable in number and length (height: 2.6 m)
RAMPS: choose the number and position according to your needs
PLATFORM: washing area consisting of 3 platforms with removable grates for easy cleaning of the system. Maximum load capacity: 15 tons
MAIN FILTER SYSTEM: for oil, hydrocarbons, and solids (600 or 3000 liters)
SIDE TANK: choose the preferred side for the side tank
WASH RACK DECANTER: an optional pre-filter tank with a capacity of 1000 liters, which is specially recommended for large washing areas and high sludge volumes. Thanks to this option, the water is separated from most of the sludge by decantation before it enters the main filter system. A set of dosing pumps for flocculant to treat colloidal sludge is available upon request for the decanter.
