At the input side, burrs and irregularities are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by two oscillating cup brushes that apply light pressure. The brushes ensure a uniform rounding of all edges and holes, both around and within the flat-ground product, leading to the most optimal finish.
