Condition: like new (used), Static Autoclave BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW 6 Baskets – Stainless Steel Static autoclave BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW with a capacity for 6 baskets, designed for the sterilization and thermal treatment of packaged food products in industrial processes. Manufactured by BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW, a specialist in thermal treatment systems, this autoclave is designed to operate using controlled cycles of heating, sterilization, and cooling, guaranteeing reproducible process conditions. Its industrial construction in stainless steel, together with the automatic control system, allows it to be integrated into canning plants and production lines that require pasteurization or thermal sterilization processes. MAIN FEATURES Manufacturer: BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW Type: Industrial static autoclave Capacity: 6 baskets Application: Sterilization / thermal treatment Batch process Horizontal chamber Stainless steel construction Large-diameter front door Mechanical safety locking system Automatic cycle control Control panel with Siemens HMI Control of the different process parameters Crjdpfxszbmvmo Afwoi Integrated piping and valve system Designed for industrial operation Suitable for integration into sterilization lines PROCESS The BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW 6J is designed to perform controlled thermal treatments of previously packaged products. The baskets with product are placed into the autoclave chamber, and once closed, the programmed cycle is automatically executed, controlling the different phases of heating, thermal holding, and cooling. The system allows processing different types of packages and products according to the recipe, sterilization parameters, and installed configuration. It can be integrated with: Basket loading and unloading systems Basket conveyors Automatic loaders and unloaders Process water preparation systems Automatic sterilization lines Handling and palletizing systems APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for canning industries, manufacturers of ready meals, pet food, and other food processing plants that need to sterilize or pasteurize packaged products. Depending on the configuration and process, it can be used with cans, jars, trays, pouch bags, and other packaging suitable for thermal treatment in an autoclave. The combination of BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW technology, a capacity for 6 baskets, and automatic process control provides a robust solution for industrial sterilization facilities. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.

Condition: like new (used), BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW Laboratory Rotary Autoclave – 1 Cage BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW laboratory rotary autoclave with a capacity for 1 cage, designed for the development, testing, and validation of sterilization and pasteurization processes for packaged food products. Its single-cage configuration and rotary system make it particularly interesting for pilot plants, R&D departments, technology centers, and manufacturers who need to conduct thermal treatment tests on a smaller scale before transferring the parameters to larger-capacity industrial equipment. The system allows for controlled rotation of the load during the thermal cycle, which can promote heat transfer and homogeneity of the treatment in certain products and formats. MAIN FEATURES -Manufacturer: BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW -Type: Laboratory/pilot rotary autoclave Csdpfx Aszbi U Esfwori -Capacity: 1 cage -Load rotation system -Application: Sterilization/pasteurization -Batch thermal processing -Horizontal chamber -Stainless steel construction -Large-diameter front door -Safety locking system -Motorized rotation drive -Internal process distribution system -Process pipes and valves -Designed for testing and development of thermal processes -Suitable for pilot plants and small-batch production PROCESS The BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW 1-cage model allows for the reproduction, on a reduced scale, of industrial processes for the thermal treatment of packaged foods. The products are introduced into the chamber and subjected to the programmed cycle of heating, thermal holding, and cooling. During the process, rotation can be applied to the load, allowing evaluation of its influence on thermal transfer and product behavior. This configuration is particularly useful for conducting product testing, recipe development, cycle optimization, process validations, and trials with new packaging formats. APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for R&D departments, laboratories, pilot plants, technology centers, and food industries that need to develop or validate processes before their implementation on an industrial scale. Depending on its configuration, it can be used for trials with cans, jars, and other packaging compatible with thermal treatment and autoclave rotation. Its combination of BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW technology, rotary system, and 1-cage capacity offers a flexible solution for research, development, and pilot production. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.
