The sanding belt is guided by three belt guide rollers, providing the largest possible working area for the operator and thus ensuring optimal work, especially with hand sanding blocks. The belt is driven by a three-phase motor with a balanced belt drive roller. Each belt has a separately adjustable, pneumatic belt tensioner. This allows for optimal belt tension adjustment for each belt. The dust collection system is designed to effectively capture the resulting sanding dust and direct it to the extraction nozzle when connected to an appropriate extraction system. To ensure effortless operation, the sanding unit is mounted on play-free roller guides.
