Condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, OMIP K7 Automatic Pitting and Destoning Machine – Stainless Steel The OMIP K7 is an industrial pitting and destoning machine designed for the automatic processing of stone fruits, performing cutting and pit separation operations to prepare the product for subsequent processing, preservation, or packaging stages. Manufactured by OMIP, the K7 is designed for continuous operation, individually positioning the product before performing the mechanical pitting and pit extraction operation. Its configuration allows for the automation of a preparation stage that requires precision and consistency to minimize manual handling. Its construction, primarily in stainless steel, makes it particularly suitable for industrial fruit processing lines. MAIN FEATURES -Manufacturer: OMIP -Model: K7 -Type: Automatic pitting/destoning machine -Application: Stone fruits -Function: Fruit cutting and pit separation -Automatic and continuous processing -Product feeding system -Individual fruit positioning -Multiple processing stations -Mechanical cutting system -Pit extraction/separation -Continuous discharge of processed product -Construction primarily in stainless steel -Motorized drives -Safety guards -Hygienic design for the food industry -Integrable into complete processing lines PROCESS The fruit is fed into the feeding area, where the system distributes and guides it to the different work positions. Each piece is positioned in a controlled manner before entering the cutting and destoning mechanism. The machine performs the fruit opening and mechanical pit separation, allowing the product to be prepared for further processing. Depending on the line configuration, it can be integrated with: Fruit washers Hedpfswnxkwox Akrenu Sorting systems Selection and inspection tables Peelers Conveyors and elevators Post-washing systems Fillers IQF freezing systems Canning lines Packaging equipment APPLICATIONS Particularly suitable for canning industries, fruit processors, frozen fruit manufacturers, and fruit and vegetable processing plants that need to automate pitting and destoning. This type of equipment can be used for peaches, apricots, and other compatible stone fruits, depending on the size, variety, maturity stage, and installed configuration. The OMIP K7 provides an industrial solution to achieve continuous and regular processing, reducing the need for manual operations during the preparation of stone fruit. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.
