The Urschel RA A multifunctional dicer is widely used across many food production processes. Whether slicing, strip cutting, French fry cutting, julienne, or dicing, this Urschel machine is capable of handling a wide range of cutting applications.
This dicing machine is a highly efficient slicer with a high production capacity. The RA A model is equipped with a frequency converter, allowing soft products to be cut without damaging their structure. It effortlessly processes both hard and soft products such as potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, onions, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, pears, apples, broccoli, melons, and citrus fruits.
The cutting size can be adjusted using interchangeable cutting sets. The machine is mounted on wheels, allowing for easy relocation within production facilities. It is constructed entirely from stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene compliance.
