New bearings, new center, and lubrication. - Cross slide refurbished in 2024. - Gibs reconditioned with new slideways; scuff marks on guideways smoothed by scraping. - Spindle bearing seats eased, gibs scraped on contact and slideway surfaces. - Lubrication pump cleaned and repaired, lubrication system made fully functional, some metering valves replaced, and new guideway wipers fabricated.
