- One machine for all measuring tasks: The threadCheck can do everything the genius can, and with the appropriate adapter holders, it can also perform setting and measuring tasks like a venturion or smartCheck – instead of two or three devices, one is sufficient.
- The threading specialist: The 6th CNC axis and the pivoting optics carrier (± 30°) align the optics with the helix angle. Thread drills, milling cutters, and thread forming tools are measured without distortion, contact-free, and with µm precision – the genius cannot do this.
- Threading programs without programming: Flank diameter, pitch, flank angle, lead angle, back taper, taper; metric, UNC/UNF, Whitworth, trapezoidal, and round threads.
- Grinding wheels and grinding wheel packs are detected and automatically measured via type selection (MP 410).
- Fully automatic, operator-independent measurement with test protocol – reproducible, documented, and ensuring reliable handling of complaints.
- Spindle ace: Run-out ≤ 0.002 mm, changeover accuracy 0.001 mm (according to the manufacturer).
- Full enclosure protects against dirt and stray light – can be used directly in production instead of in the measuring room.
