In our stock in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire is this fully refurbished Arburg 420C 1000 – 250 VU injection moulding machine with vertical clamp and injection. Ideal for insert moulding as an operator can easily and ergonomically load inserts. The vertical clamp means inserts are more likely to stay in place.

This machine has a 30mm plasticising unit which gives a maximum shot weight of 89 (PS) (g). As you’d expect from us, this machine has been fully refurbished and is now completely fault & leak free. With low lifetime hours of only 23k, it really is in excellent condition throughout. The plasticising unit is holding max pressure throughout the range, the pump is quiet, the platens are in great order and we’ve done great work with the general cosmetics.

Machine is now available for a full demonstration as and when required.

Refurbished machines undergo a comprehensive test procedure during which every function of the machine is tested and if necessary repaired. A production run of at least 5000 fault free cycles prior to sign off ensures trouble free operation once delivered. Machines are ultra clean and cosmetically as good as we can get them.

We guarantee our refurbs are delivered fault free and leak free with a 3 month (parts only) warranty.
