It is designed for cold and hot laminating. The paper is laminated on one side with the foil. Then the web is re-rolled onto the roll. For cold laminating, the foil is coated with a water-based glue and dried using a heating roller with a warm air drying system. The winding system sends the paper to the laminating section, where the paper is covered with the foil by heating and roller pressure. The rollers use a heated water circulation system with constant temperature control. The paper roll is held by pins, which are controlled by a pneumatic brake. The paper is unrolled to the leveler, which is equipped with automatic leveling of the paper web before laminating, which ensures even coverage of the web with foil.
