Bosch Turbo Scara SR 4

Condition: excellent (used), Bosch Turbo Scara SR6 Swivel-Arm Robot The SR6/SR8 robot system consists of robust robot mechanics with four freely programmable axes. Thanks to its high speed and payload capacity (up to 8 kg), the robot is ideal for assembly work and fast pick-and-place movements. The turboscara SR6 and SR8 are swivel-arm robots (SCARA robots) with four axes and offer the following advantages: • Minimal cycle time with maximum precision • Large workspace and various strokes • Defined mechanical interfaces • PC control with diverse communication options • Complies with international standards • Brushless drive technology reduces repairs • Integrated user installation, optional: gripper for connecting a tool connector • Integration of safety technology (safety class 3) as standard • User power supply (24 V) in the control cabinet • The BAPS programming language is quick to learn and enables the creation of clear and understandable programs; New with BAPSplus: graphical user interface • Expandable via compact and flexible input/output modules: B~IO modules or decentralized CAN I/O modules • Expandable via the VTS02 valve block system with CAN connection for time-saving installation Technical specifications: Nominal load: 2 kg Maximum load: 8 kg Nominal moment of inertia: (axis 4) 500 kgcm² Maximum moment of inertia: (axis 4) 1000 kgcm² Horizontal force: continuous/max. 60/150 N Vertical force: continuous/max. 200/300 N Torque: (Axis 4) continuous/maximum 5/10 Nm Weight: 48.5 kg Maximum speeds SR6 Axis 1+2: 5.9 m/s Axis 1: 350 °/s Axis 2: 480 °/s Axis 3: (∅20 mm) 1600 mm/s Axis 3: (∅25 mm) 1200 mm/s Axis 4: 1200 °/s Cycle time (cycle 25-300-25): < 450 ms Control system consisting of the following components: Rexroth / MA4/200-7301-M / Robot Controller Module Rexroth RH04.0S Crjdpfx Aehtrdcodreh You can find more items - new and used - in our shop!
