Description

Now fully refurbished by our team at STV Machinery in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire is this high precision BOY 90E injection moulding machine. Fitted with energy efficient servo drive, Procan Alpha controller and 48mm diameter screw, which gives a shot weight of 252 (PS)g. This machine is also fitted with single hydraulic core pull and robot interface.

The 90E from BOY is one of most popular machines we see, it has a small footprint for it’s clamp and is extremely accurate while still maintaining versatility with tooling and familiar control setup.

Refurbished machines from STV Machinery undergo a comprehensive test procedure during which every function of the machine is tested and if necessary repaired. A production run of at least 5000 fault free cycles prior to sign off ensures trouble free operation once delivered. Machines are ultra clean and cosmetically as good as we can get them. We guarantee our refurbs are delivered fault free and leak free.
