Year of construction: 2019, condition: used, 2-vessel brewhouse with stainless steel brewing vessels, mounted on a brewing block. The brewing block consists of the following components: 1. Mash and wort kettle, steam-heated (bottom heating zone with perforated weld + internal boiler), insulated, with a gross volume of 15 hl. The kettle is equipped with a continuously adjustable, top-driven agitator. The boiling vapours are extracted by a kettle fan into a vapour condensation pipe fitted with Lechler nozzles. The kettle also features a CIP spray head and a digital thermometer. 2. Mashing and lauter tun, insulated, with a continuously adjustable rake, inlets and outlets for wort and thick mash, spent grain flap, lauter floor (designed as a slotted screen floor), mash/wort pump and digital thermometer. Cleaning nozzles are fitted for internal cleaning and rinsing. For hot trub separation, the vessel also features a tangentially fed whirlpool nozzle. 3. Control cabinet with control panel 4. Malt mill (Summer 2017) Roller mill on a painted steel frame with a capacity of approx. 400 kg/h of malt (2.2 kW motor power), featuring a mechanism for fine, rapid adjustment of the roller gap and a bagging spout at the bottom. 2. Brewhouse (Wengert, 2018) Two-vessel brewhouse with a mash/wort kettle and a lauter tun made of stainless steel with copper-clad lids. The kettle (nominal capacity: 500 l) is equipped with a top-driven two-blade propeller agitator and is fired by a gas burner (Weishaupt). The lauter tun is equipped with a rake, a drop floor, and a side spent grain flap with a chute. The brewhouse features a control system (Movonik, 2017) for automating temperature control and agitator speed. Condition: used, Year of construction: 2021, Overview This SPEIDEL Braumeister 500 is a compact single-vessel electric brewhouse with 500 L (5 hL) batch volume, built in 2021 by Speidel Tank- und Behälterbau GmbH (Ofterdingen, Germany). Mashing, lautering and wort boiling take place in one stainless-steel kettle: the removable malt pipe with perforated base screens and filter cloth holds the grain bed, while the integrated 18.4 kW electric heating elements and wort circulation manage the temperature steps. The brewhouse produced beer at a craft brewery in France until November 2025. It is dismantled, stored and immediately available.
