Description

Gantry milling machine, Nicolás Correa EURO 2000, built in 2002 and retrofitted in 2024. Fitted with a Heidenhain TNC-530 CNC control and a Heidenhain HR-410 portable handwheel.

Working table measuring 2,000 × 1,000 mm. Axis travels of 2,000 mm in X, 1,250 mm in Y and 650 mm in Z. Distance between columns of 1,250 mm.

Direct-drive electrospindle head rated at 25 kW, reaching 12,000 rpm, with HSK 63 tool clamping. Automatic tool changer with 24 stations. External coolant system plus internal coolant supply through the spindle head. Chip conveyor included.
