Using the profiling unit, a stainless steel strip from a coil is formed into a tube by passing through seven profiling stations.
The continuously profiled tube is welded in the welding chamber (TIG) in a continuous process.
The torch tracking system can detect and automatically correct changes in the position of the material joint relative to the arc during the welding process.
A measuring wheel mounted on the continuously moving tube continuously measures its speed and records the length.
A double straightening device eliminates any residual curvature of the tube during the continuous process.
A flex unit continuously cuts the tube and places it on the sorting rail for tubes that meet or do not meet the quality requirements.
