DESCRIPTION
The machine features a 5-stage process for ultrasonic clean, rinse and drying of components. Each liquid tank contains approx. 35 litres of solution (stage 1-3) with the Ultrasonic system in stage 1 operating at 30KHz. All process tanks operating temperatures are adjustable up to 80 Degrees Celsius. Automated conveyors are installed for loading/unloading of baskets into the machine to allow batch operation. Maximum weight of fixture basket and components is 20kg with 8 baskets included with equipment. Automation system uses a Siemens S7-313 plc and a MP-277 HMI screen
