Havatec debulbing machine for tulips

HAVATEC

Condition: good (used), Year of construction: 2022, The Havatec Twister is a professional flower processing machine that automatically creates spiral bouquets. Below is the key publicly available information. What does the Twister do? Operators place flowers on the infeed conveyor according to a preset recipe. Software indicates which compartments the flowers should be placed in. The machine cuts the stems, forms the bouquet in a rotating carousel and transfers it to a binding unit. Loading the flowers remains a manual task. How is the bouquet bound? The Twister uses the Havatec Wicl-B, a rotary binding unit that wraps elastic around the stems. The number of wraps is programmable, and bindings can be applied at different heights. The binding elastic is a recurring consumable cost. Capacity and labour savings Havatec states that the Twister processes an average of 1,500 stems per hour per person. On its bouquet line campaign page, the manufacturer also claims labour savings of 50%. These are supplier claims; your actual results will depend on the recipe, flowers, supply flow and work organisation.
