This professional rotary drum blancher with screw conveyor, from the renowned German brand Herbort Maschinenbau GmbH (type 97), is a reliable machine designed for continuous thermal processing of food products. It is used in industrial fruit and vegetable processing plants, cold storage facilities, ready-meal production plants, and in lines for preparing raw materials for freezing or pasteurization. The machine performs the blanching process (treatment with hot water or steam) in continuous mode. The raw material is fed into the drum and moved uniformly by a precise screw conveyor, which ensures a consistent residence time for each item in the chamber and repeatable quality of thermal processing. The integrated control panel allows for precise control of process parameters.
