Process automation is managed by an integrated Stäubli TX2-60 robot. The entire system is controlled and operated via a control cabinet featuring an integrated control and operator panel. A vertical spindle with a chuck securely clamps each test part during inspection. Non-conforming parts (NOK) detected during testing are automatically sorted onto two dedicated NOK discharge lanes. A separate staging area for reference and master parts supports calibration and continuous quality assurance during testing.
