For sale is an ILLIG HSA 50 C blister machine, manufactured in 1991. This is a high-performance, continuous-flow blister sealing machine with card feeder, suitable for film thicknesses of 150 µm to 400 µm (possibly higher, but not personally tested). The entire line is offered for sale (see pictures). Speed: 1–9 cycles/min with 4-up tooling. Example: fragrance dispenser, 4 units per blister tray = 2000 blisters/hour. Dimensions: approximately 9m x 1m x 2.25m. Sealing platen size: 57x32cm. The machine was 100% functional until it was dismantled and properly stored in our machine warehouse and was in operation until recently. Inspection of the dismantled system is possible on-site. An identical machine is still in operation on-site. A sample packaging can be installed for a test run to demonstrate the functionality. Location: Czech Republic (10 minutes past the Bavarian/Czech border from Furth im Wald).
