During the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was disassembled. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced as necessary, including but not limited to ball rollers and drive spindles. A comprehensive geometric measurement, alignment, and additional verification using a laser measurement system were carried out afterwards. The machine bed as well as the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, have been completely renewed.
