Under-table crosscut saw

JRIMAC Sägetechnik CrossCut

Condition: used, Year of construction: 2026, New demonstration machine! General technical features: - Control: 7.0" touchscreen ConnectTouch control - Cutting height and cutting angle electronically controlled, digital input of cutting height and angle (controlled positioning of the motorized axes) and movement of the motorized axes in hold mode (axis movement via push button); display resolution: 0.1 mm or 0.01°; repeat accuracy ± 0.05 mm or ± 0.005° - Weight: approx. 1,600 - 2,200 kg - Table size: 860 mm x 1,270 mm in gray cast iron, table extension as standard across the entire table width - Table height: 900 mm - Stand: The machine stand is a stable, thick-walled composite structure, implemented in this form and perfection exclusively by MARTIN. The intelligent combination of the two materials, steel and concrete, creates a high-quality stand that is unsurpassed in terms of stability, damping capacity and torsional stiffness. - Tools: Diameter 250 - 450 mm, optionally up to 550 mm, main saw blade ø 30 mm with additional holes, scoring saw ø 36 mm, tool cutting width max. 20.0 mm for machines with single-sided tilting, 6 mm for machines with double-sided tilting; saw blades up to 350 mm can be lowered under the table. Special tool diameter max. 400 mm, weight max. 12.0 kg - Tool change: Quick-change system ProLock - Tool tilt: 0° to + 47°, tilting only possible with saw blades up to 6 mm cutting width - Cutting height: 0°: max. 155 mm / saw blade ø 450 mm; T7710/1: +45°: 106 mm / ø 450 mm; T7710/2: +45°: 104 mm / ø 450 mm; -45°: 88 mm / ø 450 mm; optionally 123 mm / ø 550 mm - Motor: State-of-the-art synchronous motor SynchroDrive with large power reserves in energy efficiency class IE4 - Motor power: 5.5 kW, due to its design, the motor can be overloaded several times its rated power for a short period of time and thus offers large power reserves - Speed: Continuously variable 1,000 - 5,000 rpm - Control panel: The control panel is at eye level and is rotatably mounted around its vertical axis. In addition, it can be swiveled to the right, so that larger components can also be processed easily - Rip fence: Standard length 3,000 mm, table length corresponds to cutting length; position-independent locking; guides hardened, wear-resistant, self-cleaning; table edge replaceable; made of anodized aluminum - Length stop: Made of anodized aluminum with continuous support, fine adjustment for both flap stop elements; dimension display via scale with magnifying glass; cutting length 95 - 2000 mm, extendable up to 3220 mm - Cross table: Made of powder-coated steel, workpiece support in anodized aluminum, two sliding supports for extending the support area; length stop can be placed in the front and rear position without lifting; one-hand clamping on the support surface 1340 x 650 mm - Surfaces: Stand: Stand with high-quality powder coating, Cast iron: Table surface finely milled, Aluminum: Aluminum components anodized - Protective cover / extraction: Height-adjustable protective cover incl. interchangeable rear part for miter cuts; protective cover for saw blades up to ø 450 mm (optionally 550 mm); extraction connection on the cover: Ø 80 mm, on the machine stand Ø 120 mm; total extraction connection Ø 140 mm; minimum air volume: Vmin 18.5 m3/min at 20 m/s, negative pressure 1,400 Pa - Electrical equipment: Contact for controlling the extraction; motor protection switch and winding protection, undervoltage protection; lockable main switch, 2 EMERGENCY STOP buttons (control panel, stand) Chedjz A Hh Uopfx Ab Aed
