Condition: used, Year of construction: 2003, Item No.: Lg 35626 Coil handling system KOHLER 30.400/9 - 2000.2H used Year of manufacture: 2003 Machine No.: 70330 Working direction: from left to right Loading side: rear Consisting of: Double unwinding reel 2000.2H Load capacity: max. 2,000 kg/side Coil width: 85 to 400 mm (when using a pressure arm) Spreading range: 360 – 420 mm Outer diameter: max. 1,800 mm Spreading: hydraulic/sliding wedge system + Automatic retension Drive: 2 x hydraulic motor + auxiliary drive for coil feeding and rewinding Braking: spring-loaded/disc brake Coil diameter-dependent control Lateral displacement: motorized Displacement distance: approx. 200 mm Base frame: frame construction Swiveling: motorized 180°, locking pneumatic, actuated wedge Counter bearing: manually attachable with quick-release fastener, open construction Coil loading: by means of rope or strap Spreading: The spreading is carried out hydraulically via a sliding wedge system. The reel is additionally equipped with an automatic retension system, so that the clamping pressure is maintained for several days. Counter bearing: The counter bearing is designed as a ring strut construction and can be attached manually. Two effective quick-release levers ensure a secure hold. The lightweight construction made of square tube profile in an open design has a total weight of approximately 15 kg with an outer diameter of 1600 mm. Automatic brake control/coil diameter dependent A diameter-dependent brake control is achieved via a proportional valve. During the acceleration and deceleration phase, the braking effect is automatically adjusted via a correspondingly controlled proportional pressure control valve. This control technology guarantees smooth coil unwinding. Base frame with motorized lateral displacement of the reel 2 x pressure roller, swiveling: The pressure roller is used to feed the coil into the straightening machine. It also prevents the coil from jumping when the coil strapping is released. The swiveling of the roller, which is coated with plastic, is carried out hydraulically. The contact pressure can be adjusted continuously. The drive of the roller is carried out via a hydraulic motor. Coil straightening machine 30.400/9 Passage width: max. 400 mm Fedpfx Afozpbazousgh Number of straightening rollers: 9 pcs. Straightening roller diameter: 30 mm Straightening roller material thickness: 0.4 – 3.0 mm Roller stand adjustment: motorized (2-point) The complete straightening roller bearing is mounted on a slide plate at the top and bottom and can be manually moved in and out. Measuring device: digital Measuring display: metric Setting accuracy: 0.01 mm Straightening roller bearing: needle bearing Bearing sealing: shaft seals Straightening roller hardness: HRc 60 Straightening roller surface roughness: 0.001 mm and better Straightening roller drive: individual drive Gearbox: distribution gearbox Lubrication: grease lubrication of the straightening roller bearing Oil circulation lubrication of the cardan shafts Drive: three-phase motor with frequency control Speed: 0 - 40 m/min Number of coil feed rollers: 2 Coil feed roller diameter: 120 mm Coil feed roller adjustment: pneumatic Drive coil feed: both rollers from the straightening machine gearbox Surface coil feed rollers: like straightening rollers
