RS125 Friction Welding Machine, max. upsetting force 190 tons, KUKA friction welding machine. Modernized by the manufacturer KUKA in 2016. This machine is currently being fully overhauled by us. Equipment: servo hydraulics, facing unit, new steady rest, 2/3-jaw chuck, 'positioned welding' possible, e.g., for drive shafts. The friction welding machine is currently in use in our production for manufacturing hydraulic piston rods, aluminum-brass connections, production of small and large thread taps, manufacture of pressure rollers, etc. You are welcome to inspect this machine.
