Design and technology
The refrigerated compressed air dryer has been designed for maximum efficiency and long-term durability. Its main components include:
1. Air-to-air heat exchanger
During the first stage, incoming compressed air passes through a heat exchanger, where it is pre-cooled by the colder air leaving the evaporator. The counterflow design improves heat recovery and increases the overall energy efficiency of the system.
2. Refrigeration system evaporator
In the second stage, compressed air enters the evaporator, where it is cooled to a dew point temperature of 3°C. This process causes water vapour and oil particles contained in the air to condense.
3. Condensate separator
After cooling, the mixture of air and condensate enters a high-efficiency separator, where condensed water and oil are separated and automatically discharged outside the unit.
4. Fan control system
The variable-speed fan technology automatically adjusts cooling intensity according to actual operating conditions. This reduces energy consumption and extends the service life of the components.
