Condition: excellent (used), AUTOMATIC WRAP AROUND CARTONER FOR TETRA PAK – STAINLESS STEEL Automatic Wrap Around cartoner for TETRA PAK, designed to perform the grouping and continuous packaging of food containers in cardboard boxes, within industrial packaging lines and end-of-line processes. The equipment uses Wrap Around technology, whereby a die-cut cardboard sheet is folded around a previously formed group of containers, resulting in a compact and robust box for storage, transport, and distribution. Particularly suitable for integration with Tetra Pak filling lines, it allows for the automation of the secondary packaging of Tetra Brik Aseptic containers and other compatible formats. MAIN FEATURES - Manufacturer: TETRA PAK - Type: Automatic Wrap Around cartoner - Application: Secondary packaging of containers - Automatic and continuous operation - Container feeding system - Automatic grouping of units - Feeding of die-cut cardboard sheets - Box formation using Wrap Around - Mechanical folding of flaps - Automatic box sealing system - Synchronized transport of product and cardboard - Automatic discharge of finished boxes - Electric and pneumatic drives - Robust industrial structure - Transparent safety enclosures - Access doors for inspection and maintenance - Integrable into complete Tetra Pak packaging lines OPERATING PROCESS Godjz R S Uxjpfx Afuokc Containers from the filling line arrive via a conveyor belt, where they are sorted and grouped according to the established packaging configuration. Once the group is formed, the machine positions a die-cut cardboard sheet around the containers. The system automatically performs the folding and forming of the Wrap Around box, closing the flaps using the installed mechanism. The finished boxes are discharged to the next stages of production, such as inspection systems, logistical labeling, transport, palletizing, and shrink wrapping. APPLICATIONS Particularly suitable for dairy industries, juice manufacturers, plant-based beverage producers, and other food processing plants that package liquid food products. It can be used for the packaging of: - Tetra Brik Aseptic containers - UHT milk and smoothies - Juices and nectars - Plant-based beverages - Nutritional beverages - Other compatible cardboard containers The Wrap Around TETRA PAK cartoner allows for the automation of secondary packaging, reduces manual handling, and facilitates the preparation of products for distribution. The container formats, grouping per box, cardboard dimensions, and production capacity will depend on the configuration and tooling installed. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, production capacity, formats, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.

Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2010, Ultrafiltration plant for fermented products 3 Main items: 1) Thermization unit 2) Ultrafiltration (UF) for fermented milk 3) Cooler and Silo. The line is used to produce Quark/Skyr. The thermization and ultrafiltration unit are also suitable for producing other fermented and concentrated dairy products such as: Skyr, Mascarpone, and Double Cream cheese. Key data: - Input: 3,500 - 5,000 liters per hour of fermented skim milk, full-fat milk, or enriched products. - Concentration factor: 1.8-2.5 1) Thermization unit Complete skid-mounted thermization unit. Flow rate: 3,500 up to 5,000 liters (depending on the product). Manufacturer: Tetra Pak Temperature cycle: Input: 21-30 °C (incubation temperature) -> recuperation (permeate cooler) -> thermization at 55/60°C or pasteurization at 72/95 °C -> holding -> output to ultrafiltration at approx. 45 °C. Complete unit including: * Stainless steel frame in which everything is pre-assembled. * Closed balance tank with spray bowl. * Centrifugal product pump, stainless steel casing, flush seal, type: LKH. * Plate heat exchanger, 4 stages, new, Tetra Pak, Clip6-SR Model. * Control box with all connections for sensors and pneumatic valves. * Holding tube for 5,000 liters per hour, adjustable by connecting more or fewer tubes: 30 seconds up to 180 seconds in 9 stages. 2) Ultrafiltration unit Manufacturer: Tetra Pak Type: Tetra Alcross US P&F Serial number: T5845810096 Year: 2010 Gkedsz Imdaepfx Afujc Capacity: Input up to 5,300 liters/hour Description: Concentrates yogurt or fermented milk to achieve the desired composition and texture. The UF separates the product into retentate and permeate. The retentate is the product, with proteins and fat (if included) concentrated. The advantage of this design of UF (compared to spiral-wound UF and separators) is that it is suitable for fermented products with and without fat. Also, all proteins are concentrated (even whey proteins). This results in high pressures in the system; filtration can only be achieved with a plate and frame filtration system with flat FR60pp filters and rotary piston circulation pumps. Some example products that can be made with this system: Input: skim milk 9% TS -> output approx. 16% TS (Skyr). Input: 20% TS including fat -> output: cream cheese or mascarpone. Input: pre-concentrated fermented skim milk up to 12% TS -> output up to 18% TS (Quark). The limiting factor is the permeate output. Approximate permeate per stage: Stage 1: 1100-1755 liters/hour, 13.5 m2 filters. Stage 2: 675/1170 liters/hour, 9 m2 filters. Stage 3: 320/585 liters/hour, 4.5 m2 filters. Stage 4: 300/585 liters/hour, 4.5 m2 filters, 15 bar. Filter: plate and frame type, manufacturer: Tetra Pak - DDS, model: M37 Complete unit including: * Stainless steel frame. * 2 balance tanks with spray bowl (feed and permeate return). * Feed pump Tetra LKH. * 4 circulation loops including circulation pumps. First stage with centrifugal pump, 3 stages with Waukesha 320-U2 rotary piston high-pressure pumps. Last stage up to 15 bar pressure for highly viscous products. 3) Quark silo, cooler, and pump. Manufacturer: Schwarte-Milfor Type: Quarksilo Serial number: 3580 Year: 2011 Capacity: 5,000 liters Description: Robust conical design for very viscous products. Insulated. Hermetic, ultra-clean with sterile air. Sensors for level and temperature. On inlet: - Plate cooler Manufacturer: Tetra Model: Clip line C6 Thermal cycle: 45 -> approx. 18°C

Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2016, functionality: fully functional, Rex RKS 85 | Sausage hanging and cutting system Manufacturer: REX Technologie GmbH & Co. KG Model / Type: RKS 85 Serial number: 2130216 Year of manufacture: 2016 Power supply: 400 V / 50/60 Hz Current protection: 3x 16 A Overall dimensions: 1450 x 660 x 1400 mm Gjdjy Uchmepfx Afujkc The Rex Technologie RKS 85 is a high-performance, automatic sausage hanging and cutting system (longitudinally calibrating), designed as a peripheral device that works directly with vacuum stuffers. This 2016 model is a key component in the automation of production processes in medium and large-scale sausage manufacturing plants. The RKS 85 system's function is to precisely and consistently portion a continuous sausage strand into equal segments (whether in natural, artificial, or collagen casings), and then automatically form loops and precisely feed them onto hooks for easy transfer to smoking racks. The machine minimizes the risk of casing rupture and guarantees consistent weight and identical length for each individual sausage. Key features and advantages: - Precise portion control and calibration: The advanced belt-driven guidance and portioning system gently but firmly grips the casing. This eliminates air pockets inside the sausage and ensures the ideal appearance of the finished product. - Versatility and quick changeover: The machine handles a wide range of sausage calibers and lengths, from thin chorizo to classic grilling sausages and hot dogs. Changing operating parameters and product types is done smoothly from the control computer of the stuffer or the machine's panel.
